Privacy Policy

The information collected is processed for the following purposes:

• Management and validation of establishment listings (moderation).
• Connection between professionals and users.
• Sending account-related notifications and newsletters (if opted-in).
• Establishing anonymous traffic statistics.

Note: The processing of this data is undergoing notification/authorization with the CNDP.

In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of your personal data.

To manage a partner agency’s account, we process the agency’s identity, its members’ accounts, its catalogue, sales, commissions and invoicing, in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

From the partner workspace (“Data and privacy” section), an agency’s managers can request an export of its data (encrypted archive, in JSON and CSV formats) or its deletion. Each request is confirmed by a code sent by email, and every manager of the agency is notified. We answer within 30 days; this period can be extended by 60 days, with justification.

A deletion request can be cancelled for 14 days. Deletion closes the agency: its offers are removed from the site, its members lose access and its contact details are erased. Data that the law requires us to keep is archived, with no access, then deleted when the period ends:

• Invoices, commissions and sales: 10 years
• Rental terms: 5 years
• Records of export and deletion requests: 5 years
• Conversations with customers: 3 years after the last message
