Following the call for expressions of interest launched by the CRI Fès-Meknès, 79 projects have been selected for establishment in the Ouislane industrial zone, representing 60% of the evaluated applications.
The selected projects involve a total projected investment of 664.69 million Moroccan dirhams and plan to create 2,391 direct jobs. They will occupy approximately 17 hectares, spread over 88 plots.
To date, the Regional Unified Investment Commission has already approved 40 of them, based on their financial solidity and socio-economic added value.
The successful investors, supported by the CRI, will have a period of 24 months from the date of obtaining the building permit to construct their units.
